Supported Editions
Launch the software by going to start >> All program >>RecoveryTools Lotus Notes NSF Merge.
Manually load NSF file from Add files button or click Add folder button for automatically adding NSF files from particular folder.
Select required NSF files and click open button. Software will load and display file at adjacent pane with file name and directory path.
If you opt for merge option then software will provide you with two advanced filter sub-options (Remove Duplicate data items & Exclude Deleted Items).
Select the destination loaction and click Merge NSF Files button to start the Merging process.
Live status of merging & joining process will be displayed by the software.
A confirmation message will pops up after completion of whole process. Click Ok
No, the user can add only names.nsf file with names.nsf file and username.nsf file with username.nsf file.
