Launch the software and Click Split tab from the top menu bar.
Software will provide you with different Splitting option, choose one option and click Next button.
If you have chosen Split by Size option, then software will show following window wizard, Add source NSF file by clicking on Browse button, thereafter specify the size of small parts in which want to split the file. Then provide the Destination Location to save the output NSF files. Click Next button.
If you select Split by Date option, then load the source NSF file and specify the date range & destination location to save the output files. Click Next button.
If you select Split by Year option, then Add NSF file and specify the year range & destination location to save the output file. Click Next button.
If you have chosen Split by folder option then software will create separate NSF file for each folder and then provide further option to split those NSF files by size. Click Next button.
As soon as you click Next button in 3 to 6 step, following window wizard will display which contain overall Split Details. Click Split Button and start the process.
The split process will begin and the progress bar will display the overall status of splitting.
A complete log report will be generated after successful completion the process from where you can compare the original and trimmed file.
Navigate to the destination location to view the Split files and Compare report.
