Download & Launch RecoveryTools MBOX to Office 365. Click on Add File or Add Folder to select MBOX file.
Selected MBOX files will be listed in the software panel. Select Next button to proceed.
Once account get authenticated, click on Export.
Click on Apply Filters and then click on Set.
Choose date so as to import selective emails according to date.
Now click on Export button to begin migration process.
You can see the live status of the process.
The report can be saved in CSV format in a local machine.
You can login the O365 account in which you have imported MBOX file.
